    Product Description

    Thrustmaster is pleased to introduce its first simulation accessory in the field of civil aviation, which is officially licensed by Airbus and allows for an intuitive and realistic flying experience.
    This ergonomic replica of the Airbus (A320/A320neo type, 1:1 scale) has 12 freely assignable action buttons with a variety of possibilities plus an integrated thrust lever axle and a thrust reverse mechanism (as a special feature of a commercial airline).
    The design of the joystick head is customizable and modular thanks to the interchangeable head button modules. The sidestick configuration can be easily adjusted before the respective take-off: captain, co-pilot or with centrally positioned sidestick for solo flights. The rudder is controlled by turning the sidestick to make flying easier for multitasking pilots.
    As a further feature, the rudder handle has a locking system for an even more realistic representation of scheduled air traffic.
    The TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition uses Thrustmaster's exclusive and successful H.E.A.R.T (HallEffect AccuRate Technology) system, which provides even more realistic impressions thanks to magnetic sensors and a resolution of up to 14 bits.
    This contactless, magnetic sensor technology without potentiometer gives the sidestick an almost unlimited service life.
    The product is compatible with PC (Windows 10, 8).

      Ich habe vor kurzem den Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition gekauft und bin sehr beeindruckt von diesem Joystick. Er ist eine originalgetreue Nachbildung des seitlichen Steuerhebels in Airbus-Flugzeugen und bietet eine realistische Flugerfahrung.

      Der Joystick ist für Links- und Rechtshänder geeignet, da er ambidextrös ist. Das bedeutet, dass er sowohl von Links- als auch von Rechtshändern problemlos bedient werden kann. Die Grifffläche ist ergonomisch gestaltet und bietet einen bequemen Halt während des Flugs.

      Die Präzision des Joysticks ist beeindruckend. Die Bewegungen sind glatt und reaktionsschnell, was ein präzises Steuern ermöglicht. Ich habe festgestellt, dass der Joystick sehr empfindlich auf meine Eingaben reagiert, was zu einer realistischen Flugerfahrung beiträgt.

      Ein weiterer Vorteil des Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition ist die Vielzahl an programmierbaren Tasten.       Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, fühlt sich stabil an und steht fest durch Eigengewicht. Ich verwende den USB-Sidestick ohne weitere Steuerungsgeräte, also Steuerung des Seitenruders nicht über 2 Pedale, sondern mittels Z-Achse des Sticks. Gekauft für den neuen Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Mittelklasse Media-PC. Alles läuft flüssig ohne Probleme. Neuestes Win 10 pro.

      X und y Achse haben kontaktlose Signalsteuerung (links/rechts, auf/ab), sind also verschleissfrei.

      Die Z-Achse (Drehung) übermittelt jedoch mittels einfachem Potentiometer seine Signale. Dies könnte mit der Zeit zu Fehlsignalisierungen (Geisterausschläge) kommen, falls durch Staub/Schmutz die Kontaktfläche leidet. Zumindest hörte man dies vom (baugleichen?) Vorgänger Thrustmaster T.16000. Hierzu werden auf youtube einige workarounds gezeigt. Der Aufwand einer Reinigung mit Alkohol und Elektroniköl ist gering, also für mich hinnehmbar, falls es zu Problemen kommen sollte.

      Auf der Z-Achse hatte ich zu Anfang auch Fehlausschläge, es war praktisch unmöglich beim Rollen auf dem Taxiway gerade zu bleiben. Ich setzte dann im msfsim die Sensibility auf linear und den Totpunkt auf 6 Prozent und machte noch das setting für Gear links/rechts. Jetzt funktioniert dieser Sidestick nahezu perfekt, auch das setting für den Gegenschub hat funktioniert. Wegen meiner Bedenken zum Potentiometer ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Da könnte ein wertigeres Bauteil einen Stern mehr bringen.

      Joystick jest dość ciężki i ma miękkie gumki na spodzie, dzięki temu doskonale trzyma się stołu. Nie ma efektu odrywania się joysticka przy gwałtownych przechyleniach. Ciekawa jest funkcja zmiany lewo/prawo ręcznego użytkownika, tak samo wymienne moduły które pozwalają dostosować urządzenie do swoich potrzeb. Warto ściągnąć aplikację Target ze strony producenta, która pozwala przypisać przyciskom dowolne funkcje dla konkretnego programu. Jedyny minus to kabel którego nie można odczepić, więc ewentualne uszkodzenie kable będzie równało się serwisowi. Odczepiany kabel pozwalałby na prostą wymianę w razie awarii. Poza tym porządny sprzęt.
